Yes! The Org Box is not only for estate planning but also to help make personal document storage easy. This way you don’t have to spend hours looking for that one piece of paper or misplace your keys or IDs. Organizing your personal documents now saves you time later when you are buying a new car (or selling your current one), applying for that loan or filing claims.

This really depends on how you manage your accounts and personal documents. We recommend starting with one as they are meant to cover a couple and then seeing how it works. Some couples end up buying two if they have a lot of extensive paperwork, and others are just fine with one! For kids we recommend buying the Org Box Kid Box to store their milestones and memories! If you are needing two, look into purchasing one of our bundles so you can save money!

If you already have a storage box or filing cabinet then all you need is our Org Box Workbook Plus! The Org Box Workbook Plus comes with 14 pre-labeled hanging folders and 36 document folders to make it easy for you just to insert your documents where needed in your current storage solution. The Org Box Workbook is included to write out all of your important information in one place. We also provide the Org Box Pen which is erasable, a Sensitive Document Pouch, 10 Key Tags and our Key Pouch.

• The Org Box Kid Box is a storage space for your child's keepsakes, now you can keep all of their milestones and memories in one place to give them one day. The Org Box Kid Box has document folders covering school pictures, report cards, art, and more!

For those who prefer to type things out and store things digitally, both the Org Box Workbook and the Org Box Kid Workbook can be purchased as digital PDF format that can be filled out on your computer or laptop. You can then print them out and store them in your Org Box to keep a physical copy as well.

• EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except for products that are damaged or defective. These items will only be eligible to be exchanged for a properly functioning product. We only allow exchanges. We do not allow returns for a refund. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate an exchange, please email support@organizationbox.com to receive a return authorization. Please include the order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item. 
• RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer. 
• ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at our discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. 
• CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged or defective when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact. 
• FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
